Takes the lead at Woodland View Fish ‘O’ Mania qualifier Strong winds and the first sign of carp starting to spawn made conditions hard for most of the 130 anglers fishing this Fish ‘O’ Mania qualifier at Woodland View, Droitwich on Saturday 21st May 2016.

Drawn peg 18 on Barley, Krzysztof Frackowiak of London, and Builder by trade had most of his fish in a two hour period in the middle of the match, taking carp to 8 lbs on the feeder with micro pellets and 6mm on the hook for a winning weight of 90 lbs 08 ozs.

Second was Dan Squire of Somerton fishing for Frenzee. Dan draw Ghost, fished short with the pellet to take 82 lbs 08 ozs of carp. Marc Rodger of Grimsby fishing for Mosella/Bag em Baits drew Deans, again 6mm pellet short for 81 lbs 04 ozs.

The next Fish ‘O’ Mania qualifier heads to Messingham Sands Fishery, Messingham on Wednesday 25th May 2016.
