Prospects & General Comments:
Mediterranean weather, with temperatures up to 25C in the west on most days for the past week. Despite that, Corrib has been producing some great fish, particularly for the early risers.

Grilse are starting to appear in more numbers now in Galway, although the hot weather is making life difficult. As Neil Spellacy told me today “I nearly cooked in the waders!”

The Erriff got a welcome drop of rain on Sunday and anglers took advantage, although more rain is desperately needed throughout Connemara.

Those are all the reports I have for the moment.

Best regards
