Hi everyone. Probably been asked loads of times, however, its hubby's 40th next year and would like to treat him (and me) to some cheap salmon fishing. The companies that specialise are ok but a bit too pricey for my budget. Anybody been or got any sensible ideas? Many thanks

ACA problems - EGM

I would like to pass on the mail address of the guy co-ordinating the EGM to try to sort out the current problems at the ACA. It is a concern that most of the members wont find out what is happening until it's too late.

Hi Guys. While fishing the River Crake last weekend,(Saturday 28th october)I witnessed two kaykers paddling the section of the river from Coniston water to lowick Bridge, which i thought was restricted to kayak access from 1st november. Wheni pointed this out to the two kayakers, they became very aggressive, and threatening. One was in a short yellow kayak, white, 30's, well built, the other male was slimmer, again 30's, and white and was in a longer orange kayak. has anybody had any similar dealings from kayakers paddling outside the season? HI Andy,Would it be possible to contact other fishermen that fish the river Tees through your site that are unhappy about the way that the riverboard are trying to manage the river IE the blockage in the barrage proventing salmon and sea trout moving up stream and the lack of salmon and seatrout that run the river i would like to make a action commitee or group of anglers who could speak to the riverboard about all the problems that the riverboard come up with as an excuse for the lack of fish also could you tell me who i could address an email to from the riverboard so i could talk to them directly i get so angry at the way in which they are trying to manage the migraitory fish side of things from the bad restocking methods used and year after year we the angler trust them to spend our money in a wise manner but we are just as far back as ever worse if anything i would like to tell you my ideas so if you could let me use your site to contact people that would be great i could put a good article together for you if you wished . Thanks
