The RiverFest qualifier on the River Tees, Bowesfield to Yarm was held on Saturday 22nd August. The top 6 results are as follows; 1st Mick Vials, (Preston Innovations) 23 lb 11 oz, peg 6, 18 skimmers on feeder and pole worms/maggots.
2nd Eddie Bridon, (Maver) 22 lb 10 oz, peg 66, 13 skimmers on feeder/maggots.
3rd Alex Dobie, (Sheffield) 22 lb 01 oz, peg 116, skimmers and bream on feeder / worm.
4th Graham Jones, (Maver NS) 19 lb 12 oz, peg 71 feeder / worms / maggots.
5th Ian Exley, (Daiwa Dons) 14 lb 02 oz, peg 105 , feeder/pole.
6th Mark Turner, peg 118, feeder / worms.
Qualifiers for the grand final in November are; Zone A - Alex Dobie, Sheffield, Zone B - Eddie Bridon Maver, Zone C - Mick Vials
