New product launches to watch out for at EFTTEX 2018

Distributors, dealers and media will be pouring into EFTTEX later this week with different goals and objectives. But right up there among their priorities will be to discover what is new in the fishing tackle market. New product galvanises retailers and distributors, drives orders and brings people into shops. And in Europe that all starts at the year’s biggest tackle trade show.

A European tech leader at Europe’s biggest angling show
Award-winning Lithuanian angling electronics pioneer Deeper is gearing up for another successful EFTTEX this week. For the last two years it has showcased a new product at Europe's biggest trade fishing event – winning the top prize in the Best New Product Awards on both occasions – and this time around in Amsterdam will be no exception in the form of a new fish finder – the Deeper START.

Award-winning Ribche aims to build on EFTTEX success
An award on its debut at EFTTEX last year has spurred Serbian lure brand Ribche to create a new line of products that incorporate what it describes as technologic innovations. The company, which was commended in the metal lure category last year for its Flying Fish, will be introducing the E-Lure in Amsterdam this time around.

Energofish signs deal to resume distribution of Salmo

On the eve of EFTTEX, double award-winning Energofish has announced the resumption of a distribution deal with Salmo that goes back more than 15 years. The Hungarian-based company, which won the Best Soft Dough/Natural Hookbait category and Visitors' Choice Awards at last year's show in Budapest, has agreed a new three-year deal with the iconic lure manufacturer.
