The Dalmore Single Highland Malt Whisky competition

Written By: Jean Long
On Date: 26/5/2004

Run in conjunction with Angling News was won by David Armes of Bedfordshire who will receive a bottle of this award winning malt whisky. The Dalmore is distilled on the shores of the Cromarty Firth in the Scottish Highlands. Its pure, clean water is taken from the local River Alness to create The Dalmore in the time-honoured way, and the small band of stillmen who run the distillery originate from a handful of local families, who work together in creating the finest of Scotch Malt Whiskies. This experience, craft and pride in their work, ensures that Dalmore's unique character and quality never falters - it remains the classic Highland malt. To find out more go to www.thedalmore.com.
