He is an accomplished and experienced boat angler, having fly fished all his life. Patrick was brought up with a passion for country living in which shooting, horse riding and hunting also played an important part.For many years he was an active sea angler and an inshore rescue worker in conjunction with RNLI, using is own boat.He is the Resident Angler at Esthwaite Water, fishing there from his own boat and practising for international competitions on a very regular basis.Patrick regularly fishes the major stillwaters, lakes, tarns and rivers in the areas.
