The Lodge in Alaska (Holidays & Accomodation)
The Lodge is one of Alaska’s finest fly out sport fishing and hunting lodges. Positioned in the heart of some of the most prolific game fishing and hunting in the world, a short but exciting thirty-minute plane ride across Cook Inlet from Anchorage, giving spectacular views of several mountain ranges including Mt McKinley.Alexander Creek, with snow-capped Mt. Susitna as its backdrop, is renowned as a haven of under developed natural beauty. The rivers team with ten species of freshwater game fish and the surrounding countryside has an abundance of wildlife; Brown and Black Bears, Wolf, Moose and Caribou to name a few of our neighbors. The Lodge prides its self on personal service and can accommodate up to 16 guests in style. The Gourmet food and accommodations are superb, with feather beds and open fires being the order of the day. Uniquely we have our very own Pub to relax in after an exciting day in the great outdoors. Hot tubs, trophy rooms, libraries and fly tying rooms are there for our guests convenience. You even get a cup of tea or coffee in your room in the morning.
